• All orders over $100 before tax will receive free expedited shipping
• Clients at Preferenza level Platinum and above receive free online expedited shipping all the time
• Clients at Preferenza level Gold and above receive free online returns all the time

We ship packages within Canada only. We do not ship packages to the U.S. or internationally at this time. Shipping charges will vary based upon turnaround time:
Major Locations: 2-4 business days
Non-Major: 2-11 business days
Remote: 2-13 business days
Major Locations: 1-2 business days
Non-Major: 1-3 business days
Remote: 1-7 business days

Pick Up In-Store
Orders can be placed online and requested to be shipped to a Harry Rosen location for pick up. Not all items may immediately be available at your selected pick up store as some may require transit from another location.
It may take up to 5 days to ensure your complete order is available for pick up. We will notify you by email when your full order is available for pick up at the store. At any time, you can visit Order Status to view your order details and item(s) status.

Returns & Exchanges
Whether you shop in-store, online or are a gift recipient, if one of our garments fails to live up to reasonable expectations in any way, we invite you to return it. Whether we need to repair it, replace it or refund your money, we will happily do whatever is required to give satisfaction. We offer the convenience of returning and exchanging items in person at any one of our 16 Harry Rosen retail Store Locations, with the exception of our Heartland Outlet and Vaughan Mills location. Please have your original invoice on hand to help us expedite your visit.
If you are unable to make it to one of our locations, we invite you to return or exchange any online purchase by courier or by Canada Post:

Please indicate on your original receipt whether you prefer a refund in your original method of payment or a gift card. For exchanges, please contact our online assistance team to make arrangements for your new item(s).
When returning garments by post or courier, they should be returned in the condition in which they were received. Garments sent back in poor condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Due to health regulations, the sale of undergarments and bathing suits are final. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
