RETURN POLICY
 

Our return policy is designed to offer you flexibility and convenience, ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer the convenience of returning and exchanging items in person at any one of our DAVIDS retail store locations* or by mail/courier. Please have your original invoice on hand to help us expedite your visit.


Regular price merchandise can be refunded or exchanged within 21 days from the date of purchase. Sale merchandise can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.


To return an item, the item(s) must not be worn, altered, or washed, and be accompanied by the original tags. All footwear must be come back in the original box in its original condition— labels added and any damages to the shoebox may result in your return being declined.


If you are unable to make it to one of our locations to return an online order, we invite you to return it by courier or by Canada Post:

Orders over $100.00 are eligible for Free Returns, otherwise return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 

Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or return request form in the box.
 

EXCHANGES
 

In the case of online exchanges, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service team to make arrangements for new items. Upon receipt at our warehouse, your exchange will be processed and shipped out to you. Alternatively, you may indicate on your Return Request form, included in your package, that you wish to exchange your purchase, noting which item/size you would like. We are unable to confirm product availability for exchanges until your return is processed.


*Please note that items purchased in store can only be returned or exchanged in store.
