When is my order going to be shipped out?

If your order is placed before 2:00pm ET, we will do everything we can to ship out your order on the same day. You can track the status of your order by logging into your account.

 

Can I return a sale item?

Items purchased at a reduced price are not eligible for return. However, we would be happy to exchange it for another item of your choosing at the same cost. This can be done within 14 days of purchase. For our full Return Policy, click here.

 

How long do I have to return an item?

Regular priced merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase. Sale merchandise can only be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. For our full Return Policy, click here.

 

What are my payment options?

Online orders can be paid using any major North American credit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express) and by DAVIDS Gift Card.

 

Can I order by phone?

We do not accept orders by phone.

 

If my size is not available online, is it available in stores? OR Which location has my size?

The inventory online is usually a very accurate depiction of the inventory we have across all of our stores. However, if you are looking for a specific size you can contact our Customer Service team or any of our stores and one of our associates will be happy to assist you, as not all products are shown online.

 

Why do you require my id?

Your ID may be required in order to authenticate your identity upon picking up an order.

 

Are all online products brand new?

Our online inventory is comprised of items available in store and at our warehouse. It is possible, at times, that an item has been tried on, however it will never have been worn.

 

Can I use gift card online?

Yes, gift cards can be used both in store and online.
